Hello! I know it has been a while since I last blogged but much has happened! The Autumn (my favourite months!) came and went with a lovely creative flow and then Christmas which of course is one of our busiest of periods and now we are into January. This is a time I actually start feeling more energised and plan for this forthcoming year. However, the flu came to us over Christmas and I am still getting over it - now with anti-biotics. Anyway, today I am feeling more myself so onwards and upwards!
You will see in the photo my Lunar Calendar for 2026 which you can by online or in the shop. We still have a few left. This is my fourth year and I always do an illustration of the local area. I usually take a photo before I start my painting and then paint in watercolour. It is a mixed media also. I see quite often artists are having their work copied and then used on Etsy or Temu which is infuriating especially when no-one has asked the artist to use their work! Anyway, I hope you like this years! This is a painting was a walk where I have walked with my son around Uley Bury and Coaley. There was a pond full of ducks! I have added various animals to add to the magic including a Frog Prince!! I hope you can spot him! I had a lot of fun doing it this year!!
Please keep looking at the website as in the coming weeks there will be lots of new items being added. Including new books and Tarot cards, crystals and lots of dungarees!!
